Our promise: If you’re not happy, reach out. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Return window:
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Custom embroidery, personal care items, and Sale/Clearance purchases are final sale and not returnable.
How to start a return:
Email hello@beachables.com or call 843-471-1120. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and help you through the process.
Important:
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Exchanges:
Need a new size, color, or want to switch to a different item (of equal or greater value)? We’re happy to help... Just contact us.
Order issues or damages:
Check your items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.
European Union:
EU customers: You have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unworn, tags on, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank/card processing may add a few days).
If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
