Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
Some items ship at different times if they are customized, on a short backorder, or fulfilled from a different location. This helps us avoid holding your full order and gets each item to you as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship from Charleston, South Carolina within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order goes out.
For international orders, we ship in the same timeframe, but transit and customs processing can add extra days. Please allow about 1–2 weeks for delivery, depending on destination and shipping method.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or stuck in transit?
All orders ship with tracking and insured shipping. If a package is delayed, stuck in customs, returned, or lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. When eligible under our policies and carrier rules, we’ll replace your order using an insured method with tracking. Please also review our Refund & Return Policy for details on how shipping issues are handled.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
- U.S. orders: Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable sales tax at checkout.
- International orders: Prices are in USD and do not include duties, VAT, or import taxes. Your local customs office may charge these fees when your order arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Beachables is not able to estimate or cover them. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays, which are outside our control.
